Airwolf

This is a remake of the infamous game Airwolf on the Amstrad CPC, originally released in 1985. It contains the whole 1st level but has no ending (like the original, lol).

This is intended as a game developpement exercise and was all created live on twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/alaiing), using the MonoGame framework.

It was made by trying to replicate the original game through observation not emulation and so it is not exactly identical to the original experience.

I did try to improve on the original. Try it out in the "Revolution" version.

I do not own any of the graphical assets.

All sounds were made with my mouth, including the music. Yeah, I know.

Alternate version:

If you download the "Airwolf Revolution" version, you'll find an "upgraded" version of the game where I tried to improve it a little:

- more life

- less frequent damage

- damage feedback

- better aiming

- destructable enemies

- AN ACTUAL ENDING! (with a surprise)

Player 1 : gamepad / arrows + space
